Already a Means

Gee. It’s not as if there is already a means built-in to the Constitution which specifically addresses those “engaging in or supporting hostilities against the United States” or anything. This seems to me a way to utilize the brand spanking new NDAA, which authorizes indefinite detention of anyone, anywhere, with the added bonus of not having to take flak for arresting and detaining US Citizens.
