This is exactly what I mean when I say we need to end the insanity. The popular notion is that these botched raids are “isolated incidents.” That SWAT drug raids are only directed at high level drug dealers with a history of violence. Well let me say that THESE BOTCHED PARAMILITARY DRUG RAIDS ARE NOT FUCKING ISOLATED INCIDENTS. They happen virtually every week during one of the 800 drug raids on low level, nonviolent drug users which take place in America. 800 per week. This shit must stop.
