    If only it were an act as innocent as “forgetting”.

    You know what they say, however: Foreseeable consequences, such as this bill being used in the 1984 kind of way to lock up people for simply having a political opinion counter to the administration’s, are not unintended.

    In short, he OWNS this bill for all time.
