According to Rasmussen Reports, a leading publisher in public polling information, President Obama has only had a scant 3 days so far this year, of the 139 possible days (4 days this year did not have polls done), where his approval rate was above his disapproval rate. Even on those sporadic days, those who “Strongly Disapprove” of Obama were higher than those who “Strongly Approve.” In fact, it was nearly a year ago when he had a “Strongly Approve” rating above his “Strongly Disapprove” rating (6.29.2009).
