Myths About the Demotarded Party

Of the many myths which permeate our collective subconscious, there are 2 which bother the ever living shit out of me:

1) Republicans are the party of war, and are the primary driving force behind the infamous military industrial complex in the US, while the democrats are a party of peace and love and hippies and pacifism who abhor war and the entire defense industry for being eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeevil capitalists which thrive off of the misery of killing brown people.

2) Democrats are hostile towards big business and seek only to protect the little guy from those eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeevil corporations, and would never, EVER use their power to put their business interests ahead of the American taxpayer.

To this, I say bullmotherfuckingshit. Democrats are just as accommodating to both as Republicans are, and they have the earmarks to prove it.
