In order to maximize efficiency in getting the Covid-19 vaccine out as quickly as possible to as many people as possible, let’s use Social Justice as a key barometer for prioritization of who gets vaccinated and when. The Daily Mail:

Every US state has been advised to consider ethnic minorities as a critical and vulnerable group in their vaccine distribution plans, according to Centers for Disease Control guidance.

As a result, half of the nation’s states have outlined plans that now prioritize black, Hispanic and indigenous residents over white people in some way, as the vaccine rollout begins.

I’m sure that this route of prioritization based on where you fall on the victimhood ladder is totally based in SCIENCE!, using the best principles put forward by those who specialize in logistics for a living.
