Is that they are fucking scumbags. With the very small exception of those cops who actively expose rampant police corruption and abuses of power, every cop is a bad cop. Even if they never once themselves engage in corrupt activities, allowing them to happen is their being complicit in them happening.

How is it that you help write what amounts to partisanship horseshit, then turn around and write something of actual value on the exact same issue? This is the difference between “move along, nothing to see here” and a scathing account of just how allegedly corrupt Waters has been acting.
