Nice to See

Legally speaking, I have no fucking clue if this decision to block the 6 month moratorium on deep water drilling is correct or not, but it sure is nice to know that we still live in a land where some of our 1st amendment protections work.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
