Here is Theodore Roosevelt, the moral nanny progressive to whom Obama compared himself in a speech given in Osawatomie, KS. Bloomberg et al can go fuck themselves too, because, plainly put, it isn’t any of their goddamn business how New Yorkers eat, drink, smoke, or fuck. That said, it is nice to know that there is a long and distinguished history of New York politicians telling others how they should live their lives, because it’s as important to know where one shouldn’t live as it is to know where one should live.
